The PiYo™ is an athletic blend of Pilates, Yoga, and so much more. It includes modifications for the group exercise environment, yet offers exercise progressions to challenge to all levels of participants.
During your PiYo class, emphasis will be placed on body movement and fluidity. Special attention is geared towards muscle lengthening and strengthening through mindful intentions. Because of the special blend of Pilates strength training and traditional yoga poses, you will not only feel the benefit of stretching your muscles but also get the heart pumping cardio workout you love. Special emphasis is placed on working the core as well as toning legs, arms and glutes. Come prepared to really work your body, yes you will feel it, you will sweat and you will LOVE your results! Come on down and fall in to a new routine today!
