In event of severe weather cancellation, Schooner Thomas E. Lannon and the Cape Ann's Marina Resort will make every effort to contact the customer in a timely manner, and at that point the trip will be rescheduled, or charges will be removed from their package price. Customer must present valid voucher with confirmation number at Schooner Sails office before boarding. Boarding begins 10 minutes prior to sail time.
