ONLINE RESERVATIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Packages: All packages must be reserved over the phone call (800) 626-7660 to speak to one of our reservation agents. All package reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. Reservations: Online bookings have to be made at least 2 days prior to arrival date. If you would like to book a reservation after 48 hours prior to check in call (800) 626-7660 to speak to one of our reservation agents. An email confirmation will be sent to you upon making the reservation within 24 hours. If you would like a confirmation and brochures mailed to you, please give us a call. Deposits: We do require 1 night’s room & tax for deposit to be applied to your credit card at the time of booking your reservation online, however it is not required if you book over the phone. Check Reservations: You can check your reservations anytime by entering both your confirmation number and reference number to view your reservation. Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date without penalty. If you cancel your reservation after the 48-hour time frame there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of your deposit. Deposit Refund: If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours prior to your arrival date you will receive a full refund of your deposit no later than 2 days after you cancel your reservation. In the event you want to rebook for another date we can apply the cancellation fee to another reservation by calling us at (800) 626-7660.
