Reservations must be booked 24 hours in advance.
Packages: All packages must be reserved over the phone call (800) 626-7660 to speak to one of our reservation agents. All package reservations must be made 24 hours in advance.
Reservations: Online bookings have to be made at least 2 days prior to arrival date. If you would like to book a reservation after 48 hours prior to check in call (800) 626-7660 to speak to one of our reservation agents. An email confirmation will be sent to you upon making the reservation within 24 hours. If you would like a confirmation and brochures mailed to you, please give us a call.
Deposits: We do require 1 night’s room & tax for deposit to be applied to your credit card at the time of booking your reservation online, however it is not required if you book over the phone.
Check Reservations: You can check your reservations anytime by entering both your confirmation number and reference number to view your reservation.
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date without penalty. If you cancel your reservation after the 48-hour time frame there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of your deposit.
Deposit Refund: If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours prior to your arrival date you will receive a full refund of your deposit no later than 2 days after you cancel your reservation. If you have any questions please call (800) 626-7660. If you cancel after our cancellation time period you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of your deposit. In the event you want to rebook for another date we can apply the cancellation fee to another reservation by calling us at (800) 626-7660.
Our Rooms overlook the Annisquam River headed towards Gloucester Harbor and the draw bridge. Renovations have been made in 2009 and 2010.All our rooms have semi private balconies, free wireless high-speed internet, flat screen tvs, coffee makers, hairdryers, air conditioning, phone, and cable tv.
We book by type of rooms: Two Double beds or King size bed with a pull-out couch(not in every king room). Corporate Kings additional $10.
Captain's Quarters - Second and third floor rooms with the best views, balconies, luxurious linens, flat screen TVs, comfy beds, coffee makers, irons and amenities. Refrigerators can be reserved for double bed rooms at the front desk.
NEW Corporate Kings - Our Captain's Quarters king rooms and more. A few more VIP amenities, newspaper delivered, micro/frig, complimentary water, and extra upgrades. Additional $10
State Rooms - Water-view rooms on the first and second floor with a balcony. Choose from rooms with 2 double beds or a king size bed with a pullout sofa (not available in every room). Irons, coffee makers, and refrigerators are available at the front desk.
Penthouse Suite - a two bedroom suite on the fourth floor with a spectacular view of the River, draw bridge and Gloucester Harbor. Complete with fireplace, a kitchenette, large flat screen tv, jacuzzi tub, private balcony and sitting area.
