Three hour minimum is required. These rates do not apply to Packages. Our all-weather tent rental includes full encloser, 60" round tables, 6' Buffet tables (limited supply), and wrought iron chairs.

Ceremony Onsite Onsite Ceremonys are a great way to keep it casual, and maximize your party time. A minimum amount of chairs are set up, and then the rest stand. For more details contact us. An additional $250 charge applies (details may apply).
Bar Services
If you would like to have alcohol at your event, you must have a bartender. You can choose a hosted bar, or cash bar. Bartending and liability fees do apply to some caterers. Please ask your caterer for details, or give us a call.
Boat Rental - The Anni is a Pontoon Boat.
Free River Cruise Host a clambake, let your guests see Cape Ann from the river, or how about a harbor cruise. Together we can offer a little activity for your function. Or just charter with your out of town guests. Great for showers, family reunions, company outings, department outings, parties, and more...
Each hour $175 plus tip (2 hr minimum)
