Waterside Tent
Located on the Annisquam River in Gloucester, we have a tented area adjacent to our hotel available for small intimate gatherings 25-50 and up to 80-120+ depending on the event. Cocktail parties and fundraisers can accomodate more. Call us today, we will be happy to assist you in your planning.
Rentals include our all-weather fully enclosed tent , 60" round tables,
6' Buffet tables (limited supply), and wrought iron chairs. Linens are to be provided by you or your caterer. |
Friday & Saturday*:

Bar Services
If you are planning on hosting a function with us, you can choose a Cash Bar or Open Bar. Cash bar - each drink is paid by your guest. Open Bar - offered for by the host of the function on a per drink, tallied price, and paid at the end of the hosting time period.

Cash and Open Bar fees:
2 Bartenders are required for events over 50 people, unless otherwise agreed on. |

Heater Rental for Waterside Tent:
2 are needed to heat the tent. These must be reserved early. Inquire about pricing. |

Function Room:
Located in our Pool building, overlooking the pool and waterviews of the marina and salt marsh. Available year round up to 70 people theater style, and use of the skywalk. Great for meetings, showers, bridal party gatherings or celebrations. Ask us for a quote. |

Private Boat Charter :
Our pontoon boat
Anni can carry 24
passengers with a captain and mate. Discount may apply if you book additional function space. $175/hr plus tip for captain & mate. Min. of 2 hour rental. We also have access to other charter boats onsite and in the area, just ask us. |

Sun Deck:
Overlooking the Annisquam River - outside of our Pool. Casual, great for cocktails, sunsets, brunch, lunch, and small gatherings. Call for a quote and further details. |

These rates do not apply to packages. 50% Deposit is due with the contract to hold a date. The remainder is due one week prior to event date, plus a signed liquor policy agreement, finalized head count, and floorplan. If you are having an Open Bar, a $300+ deposit (depending on group size) is due one week prior as well, this is then deducted off the Open Bar bill. |
Catering Policy:
We have a preferred list of caterers, however not limited to. All caterers must have proof of insurance. First time caterers are required to meet our function staff prior to the event date to go through our facility and over our policies. |
