Gloucester Fleet and the Cape Ann’s Marina Resort will accept cancellations up to 24 hours prior to trip departure. Failure to cancel within that time frame renders package price non-refundable. In event of severe weather cancellation, Gloucester Fleet and the Cape Ann’s Marina Resort will make every to contact the customer in a timely manner, and at that point the trip will be rescheduled, or charges will be removed from their package price. Customer must present valid voucher with confirmation number at check-in. Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure. Hotel stay can take place prior to trip, or upon return, and must be stated upon making your reservation. |
